X v. Y (2018)
The law firm represented a leading Nigerian commercial bank in an action for the recovery of a credit facility. The founding partner appeared against a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN). Pleadings were completed, trial conducted, final written addresses filed, and judgment was entered in favour of the bank.
Onuche v wema Bank. (2018)
The firm instituted an action against the defendant in a claim alleging negligence and seeking ₦10 Million in general damages. Pleadings exchanged and case awaiting settlement.
Ojo v. Ekiti State University (2018)
The firm represented the Plaintiff in an action challenging the University’s refusal to release his academic certificate after successful completion of his programme. Tendered all relevant documentary evidence, including admission letter, fee receipts, results, and statement of result. The Court ordered the release of the certificate and awarded substantial costs in favour of the Plaintiff.
Adebisi v. Oduduwa University, Ile-Ife (2019)
Represented the Plaintiff where the University refused admission despite having received tuition fees, citing non-compliance with its advertised payment mode. Following formal correspondence and legal intervention, the fees were refunded, and the matter was resolved in favour of the client.
X v. Y (2020)
Represented a client in an action against illegal miners trespassing on the Plaintiff’s property. The suit was commenced at the Federal High Court of Nigeria. The Defendants opted for out-of-court settlement, and the case was struck out.
Transactional Advisory: Loan Repayment Dispute (2021)
Advised a client facing potential litigation for breach of contract and repayment of a $35,000 loan. Conducted negotiations between solicitors, resulting in a 12-month instalment repayment agreement, thereby avoiding litigation.
Tolulope Akinbile v. NESREA & IHS Towers Ltd (2021–2022)
The founding partner, personally instituted an action against NESREA and IHS Towers Ltd over the erection of a telecommunications mast within less than 10 metres of a residential building, posing health and environmental risks. Filed at the Federal High Court, seeking an order to seal the facility. Judgement was given in favour of the Plaintiff.
Ejidiran v. Ejidiran (2022)
The firm represented the Petitioner in a dissolution of marriage on the ground of irretrievable breakdown due to adultery. Marriage was successfully dissolved.
Ogunleke v. Ogunleke (2022)
Represented the Petitioner in a contested divorce where parties had lived apart for over five years. Secured dissolution of marriage and sole custody of the minor child in favour of the Petitioner.
International Commercial Advisory (2023)
Advised a United States-based medium-scale company on a scheduled international project valued at millions of dollars and drafted the relevant contractual agreement between the company and its contractor.
Nigerian Union of Pensioners (NUPCPS), South West Zone (2023)
Represented the Nigeria Union of Pensioners (Contributory Pension Scheme), South West Zone, in respect of the non-payment of pension shortfalls owed to over 5,000 retirees, amounting to approximately ₦8 Billion. The matter involved extensive advocacy, including a formal petition to the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and an Open Letter to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The case received national media attention and currently pending.
X v. Y Care Home Ltd, Sheffield, United Kingdom (2025)
The founding partner represented an individual (friend), who was unfairly dismissed from employment. The matter was instituted at the Employment Tribunal in Leeds, UK. The defendant approached the founding partner for settlement through the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS), an independent UK public body that helps resolve workplace disputes. The defendant settled with thousands of pounds and judgment was given upon the settlement terms.

DJ Coublon & Troniq Music (UK) (2021)
Drafted a recording and publishing agreement between DJ Coublon, a renowned music producer, and Troniq Music, a UK-based record label. The agreement addressed mechanical royalties and publishing splits and involved consideration valued in the thousands of dollars. The transaction was successfully concluded.
Fiokee & Spiders Group LLC (2023)
Reviewed and advised on a draft agreement between Ifiok Effanga (Fiokee), Africa's leading recording guitarist, and Spiders Group LLC, a United States‐based company.
Fiokee & Johnny Drille (2024)
Drafted a featured artist agreement for the collaborative project titled “No Way.”
Fiokee ft. Spyro (2024)
Drafted a collaboration agreement between the parties in respect of the musical project titled “Iz Hawt.”
Fiokee & Zutafa Ltd (2025)
Reviewed and advised on an endorsement agreement between Fiokee and Zutafa Ltd.
Fiokee ft. Jmani × Sharki (2026)
Drafted a comprehensive publishing and royalty points agreement between Fiokee; Jmani, a Dutch contemporary hip-hop artist; and Sharki & Lits, French and Congolese artists respectively, for the project titled “Iz Hawt (Remix).”
Fiokee ft. Wayne Flenory, Sosey & Spyro (2026)
Drafted agreement between parties in respect of musical project titled “Iz Hawt (French Version)”
Dj Coublon X Sarkcess Entertainment Ltd / Sarkodie (2026)
Reviewed a split sheet agreement between the parties on royalty entitlements as well as the intellectual property rights for the track titled "Wins and Losses".
